Premier Treatment from Purple Premier!

Rented with them for 2 years and they’re easily one of the best landlords in Cardiff. Run by a father and daughter, genuine people. Their houses are immaculate and brilliantly maintained. They provide much more than most landlords  – TV and Dishwasher. They even give gift cards for tenants that keep the house clean and tidy. You couldn’t ask for anything more.

Just in time, Justin Morris here to save the day

We rented a house with Justin Morris as our landlord and Purple Premier Properties. He was incredibly professional, friendly and helpful from the start to finish of our tenancy. He would even come round and fix up little bits of the house unprompted (all with well more than 24 hours notice!) and was extremely speedy whenever we had any issues (Our biggest issue was a slightly loose toilet seat). The house was fitted and decorated nicely and we had no issues with anything breaking etc. We had our full deposit back in our accounts within a few days of moving out. His partners Gareth and Ella are also extremely professional and really helpful. 15/10 would recommend!

10 Flora Street? More like 10/10 Flora Street!

A group of 8 of us rented 10 Flora Street in our final year. As far as student houses go, I can’t fault the property or Gareth/ Ella Morris. Having had a shit storm with our 2let2 house in second year, it was so great to find purple premier.


Any problems we had Ella or Gareth would be round to fix them themselves, or they would get someone in to fix the problem quickly. They are both lovely people and were always there whatever we needed. These are the best student letting agents around, you’d be silly not to rent with them!!

This Just In: Justin Morris provides a premier service.

Had to submit a review for the best letting agency I’ve ever come across! Have had direct contact with the landlord, Justin Morris, all year, he’s a lovely man who responds to any texts/emails within the hour, for example when the ceiling of our lounge was leaking during a storm he had someone come the next morning and fix the problem. Lovely house with no mold and no problems all year ! Would highly recommend, be quick though as all their houses go by December 🙂
