John Winter? I stayed Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn. Twice!
Best landlord going. Any issues were fixed the same day for free. Gas and electricity were setup for us. Easy communication with the agent and the maintenance manager. Stayed for two years and absolutely loved it. Will miss the house dearly.
