To sum the whole experience up in 5 bullet points:
- Extremely rude/unprofessional
- Mold mold mold + filthy when moved in
- No heating in lounge/kitchen (-2 at one point)
- illegal entry of staff + handymen (broken property) and viewings without notice
- Weren’t allowed to enter the property when tenancy started. Ongoing ‘maintenance’ which they didn’t do but was set out in tenancy agreement.
